114 days until the copper network closes

Preparing your business for the copper switch-off on 31 January 2027

Openreach is closing the copper telephone network on 31 January 2027, and any service still connected to it will stop working. Telephones are only part of the picture: alarms, card terminals, lift lines and fax lines often depend on copper too. We audit every line on your bills free of charge and give you a written migration plan.

How we take over and look after your IT

  1. 1

    Understanding your business first

A free 30-minute IT review, on site or by video, to understand how your business works, the systems you rely on and where the risks are.

  2. 2

A written plan and fixed monthly price

A clear proposal setting out what we will manage, the monthly cost, any one-off work and anything that falls outside the agreement.

  3. 3

    A structured, documented handover

We take over from your current provider within 30 days, secure every device and account, and document every system and setting.

  4. 4

    Monthly reporting and quarterly reviews

Each month you receive a report on support requests, updates applied and our performance against target. Each quarter we plan the year ahead with you.

Response targets written into every agreement

Our response targets form part of your agreement, and your monthly report shows exactly how we performed against them. Once we complete our first full year of service, we will publish our measured figures on this page.

Questions businesses ask before working with us

Do we have to commit to a long contract?

No. Plans run for an initial three months while we take over and document your systems, then continue monthly with 30 days’ notice. If you ever leave, we hand over every password, licence and record at no charge.

Will we work with the same people each time?

Yes. A small, dedicated team looks after your business and keeps detailed records of your systems, so the engineer you speak to already understands your setup.

Who counts as a person on our plan?

Anyone with a Microsoft 365 account who needs support. Their laptop, phone and tablet are all covered within that single per-person price.

What is not included in the monthly price?

Microsoft 365 licences, which we bill at cost, new hardware and projects such as an office move. We quote for these in writing before any work begins.

How does switching from our current IT provider work?

We contact your current provider, agree a handover date and take over every password, account and system record. We plan each handover to complete within two to four weeks.
